Prepare raw materials: including glass fiber, epoxy resin, curing agent, accelerator, etc. Making molds: Make molds of different shapes and size as needed. Coating resin: Coat the mixed resin on the surface of the mold to form a uniform resin layer.Laying glass fiber: Laying glass fiber on the resin layer to form a fiber layer.
Curing: Put the mold into a curing furnace for curing to cure the resin and glass fiber together. Demoulding: After curing is completed, take off the mold to obtain the glass fiber reinforced plastic epoxy pipe.
It should be noted that during the production process, the proportion of raw materials and process parameters need to be strictly controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the pipeline.
